In order to ensure and monitor the correct and full implementation of the European system of transfer and accumulation of credits (ECTS) in School of Theology, a competent Coordinator is appointed. The Coordinator can be a member of the teaching – research or administrative staff with knowledge and experience in European educational programs and the ability to effectively perform their duties on behalf of the School. The ECTS Coordinator is the contact person between the students and the teaching-research staff within the School. It deals with all practical and academic issues related to the implementation of the European system of transfer and accumulation of credits in School of Theology and provides students with all possible advisory support and guidance on all relevant issues. Ensures the access of the mobility of students of School to the Informative Study Guides of universities abroad, assists them in the correct completion of the application forms and the educational agreements and explains to them the foreseen procedures of academic recognition. She is responsible for the correct issuance of the detailed grading certificates of the moving students of School both before and after the end of their study period in foreign universities as well as for the correct issuance of the respective certificates of foreign students, who complete a course. of their studies in the relevant School.
