Traning & Evaluation

The teaching members of the School teach and / or are trained in universities abroad in the framework of the bilateral agreements of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Erasmus + program. Many also teach as visiting professors and participate in or coordinate international research programs. The high quality of the teaching staff of the Department is ensured by the implementation of procedures for the selection and development of faculty members, which are defined by applicable law and ensure transparency and meritocracy. Their performance in the teaching process also plays an important role in the development processes of the faculty members, including the evaluation by the students of the courses they teach. The School proceeds rapidly to the completion of the relevant procedures, so as not to cause a delay in the processing of the appointment of faculty members.
