Brief CV

Anna Koltsiou-Nikita is a Professor of Ancient Greek at the Department of Theology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Government Gazette 112 / 18-2-2010), where she teaches language and translation of Biblical and Patriarchal texts and palaeography. He is a graduate of the Department of Classical Studies of the School of Philosophy of AUTh and of the Department of Theology of the Theological School of AUTh. He holds a master’s degree from the Department of History of Archeology of the AUTh School of Philosophy and a doctorate from the Department of Philology of the AUTh School of Philosophy. Her research interests concern the study of the manuscript tradition and the critical edition as well as the language (Greek and Latin) and translation of the texts of the Christian literature. She is the Director of the Biblical Secretariat and Religious Studies Department as well as of the Biblicum Scientific Meeting. He is also a member of the Studies Committee of AUTh., Of the KEEP Network (Textual and Interpretive Ecclesiastical Tradition) of the Research Committee of AUTh. and the Society of Greek-speaking Translators.
