Kyriatzi Antonia is an Assistant Professor of “Ecclesiastical History and Literature of Greece” at the Department of Theology of AUTh. He studied at the Theological School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, at the Pontificio Istituto Orientale in Rome and at the Vatican School of Librarianship. She teaches Introduction to the Ecclesiastical History of Greece, Research and Writing Methodology in Ecclesiastical History, Spiritual movement and Ideological currents in the times of Ottoman rule. Main posts are: – John I, Archbishop of Thessaloniki. Historical, theological approach, d.d., Thessaloniki 2009. – Andreas Papadopoulos Bretos. Contribution to the history of the compilation of theological bibliographies, Thessaloniki 2009. – Spiritual movement and ideological currents of the nation and Hellenism in the times of Ottoman rule through the publications of the Booklets, Thessaloniki 2009. – The Church in Greece and the Kazantzaki issue: a historical renaissance based on sources, Thessaloniki 2016. She participated in the organization of a day and in various conferences. She is a member of the Greek team of the Society of European Women in Theological Research, of the Center for Ecumenical, Missionary and Environmental Studies “Metropolitan Panteleimon Papageorgiou” (CEMES) and of the Society of Macedonian Studies.
