Brief CV

Associate Professor of the Theology Department of the Theological School of Athens, specializing in Dia-Orthodox, Inter-Christian Relations, Ecclesiastical Politics and Diplomacy. He was Senior Professor of the Supreme Ecclesiastical Academy of Thessaloniki (2007-2021) and Athens (2021-2023). He also teaches at D.P.M.S. A.PTH-E.K.P.A. entitled “Greece: Ecclesiastical History and Culture” the course “Ecclesiastical Diplomacy and Etiquette in the Church of Greece, from the academic year 2017-2018. He studied theology at the Theological School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where he continued his postgraduate studies and was awarded a doctorate in 2005. He is a graduate of the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace. He is a member of the committees of the Patriarchate of Alexandria and all Africa and in 2011 he represented the Patriarchate of Alexandria at the 1st Bi-Orthodox Bioethics Meeting. He has worked in research projects at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His main works: Issues of Church Policy, Diplomacy and Etiquette in the light of Orthodox and inter-Christian relations. Ed.
